DRIVING DIRECTIONS
The railway station in Paisley is two miles from the airport -
a few minutes away by taxi or ten minutes by bus. There are eig
ht trains an hour from Monday to Saturday and five trains an ho
ur on Sundays from Paisley to Glasgow Central rail station. Tax
is are available 24 hours a day from in front of the main termi
nal building. Shuttle buses also run to central Glasgow and tak
e about 20 minutes. Bus services are frequent and reliable; tic
kets can be bought on board. After midnight there are night bus
services around the city leaving from George Square. Taxis are
also readily available.
Driving directions: From the
airport, take M8 motorway, heading for Glasgow City Centre, th
en take the Clyde Tunnel junction. After the tunnel, follow the
city-centre slip road, then signs for Partick/Meadowside. Foll
ow Byres Road for about 1/2 mile. Hotel is on the left.
